Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Custom Products: Special orders, custom items, or personalized goods.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
Personal Care Goods: Beauty and personal care products.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on these items are final.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item, size, or color you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
